Share HTML is a service for publishing static HTML pages at short URLs, operated by Anicca.AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it across our website, REST API, and MCP server. By using Share HTML, you agree to this policy. If you don’t agree, please discontinue use of the service.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we collect your email address. If you choose Google or GitHub, we also receive your provider user id, display name, and avatar URL.
We store the HTML you publish along with its metadata - slug, title, expiry, password‑protection flag, and discoverability flag. API keys and edit tokens are stored as bcrypt hashes; we cannot recover the plaintext after creation.
We also keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, path, timestamp) briefly for abuse prevention, debugging, and security.
How we use your information
The information collected is used to operate the service - authenticating you, serving your pages, delivering magic‑link emails, and responding to support requests and abuse reports. It also helps us detect and prevent spam, abuse, and security incidents.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train machine-learning models.
Cookies
The website may use cookies for proper operation and functionality, as well as for collecting anonymous statistical browsing data.
You can manage, restrict, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Continued browsing of the website constitutes consent to the use of cookies.
Third-Party Sharing
Information may be shared with third parties only in limited cases, including service providers who assist in operating the website (such as email delivery services), and competent authorities if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Protection
Anicca AI takes reasonable measures to protect collected information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
Your Rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (1981), users have the following rights: obtaining a copy of the information collected about them, correcting or completing inaccurate or incomplete information, and restricting or objecting to future data collection.
To exercise your rights, please contact us by email: contact@anicca-ai.com.
